Mtn. Riders (pronounced Mountain Riders to the simple minded) was opened in 1994 to help bring some snowboarding product and “knowhow” to the Stratton and Mt. Snow regions. But let’s skip ahead to the present because nobody cares about the past. Mtn. Riders is a HUGE store! I’m not a surveyor but I would say, at least, 1000,000 square feet. There is room for tons of products under that roof including Wild Duck, Barfoot, Hooger Booger, and G&S. Speaking of the roof, have you ever seen the football stadiums that open the roof up when the weather is good? Well Mtn. Riders has the same technology and they open up their roof when it snows to create an indoor terrain park! Come check it out!
So although the whole first paragraph was completely made up- other than the name of the shop- Mtn. Riders is still a huge store with an inventory to awe the masses. We carry a plethora of brands including Rome, Burton, DC, Flow, Foursquare, Bonfire, EESA, Anon and Oakley. Stop by seven days a week to talk to the kind, nurturing, understanding and non sarcastic staff at MR. Only able to visit Mtn. Riders via the World Wide Web? Send us an e-mail; yes although located deep in the hills of Vermont, we do have internet access. We promise to respond quickly and accurately to your questions, and will only poke fun at you for typos and internet slang such as, but not limited to: LOL, BRB, PLS, U, 2MARO, Etc. Don’t have a computer? Well, call us on one of those cups hooked to the string, we will answer as long as your number doesn’t show up as a telemarketer, and we will only heckle you briefly for not owning a computer and living in the stone ages.
More of a bike buff? Just so happens we sell those trinkets too. Bring your tech weenie questions to us; think you have a hard one? Well we will just lie and make up a fake answer. We carry Rocky Mountain, Orbea, KHS, Sidi, Twin 6, Pearl Izumi, Fox, and Giro. Both the road and dirt side of the sport, with a variety of models always in stock and always being updates.
So you skate? Hell (woops), we have skate stuff too. You name it and we have it, and if not we will order it. Mtn.
